ENERGEIA is an academic journal that evaluates papers through a process involving the editor and a strict peer review process. Papers are expected to be original and unpublished, and should not be submitted simultaneously for publication elsewhere.
 
ENERGEIA deals with issues of epistemology and methodology in economics. The papers received must be prepared with academic, technological and historical rigour and must follow editorial guidelines in order to be accepted.
 
ENERGEIA also receives papers in the form of a dossier, which are also peer-reviewed and must also follow the journal's editorial guidelines.
 
ENERGEIA receives papers in Spanish. It can also receive papers in English, Portuguese and French. Of these, the Spanish version will be published.

Publication is subject to editorial guidelines. Failure to comply with any of the requirements will result in the paper not being reviewed. All documents should be sent to the journal's address causing the corresponding acknowledgement of receipt to be generated.
